Description
The card shown is the Japanese Pikachu promotional card 001/XY-P, which was distributed as a participation prize at Pokémon Card Game Classroom events in Japan starting in November 2013. You can identify its exact origin by the distinct red and blue stamp on the right side of the artwork. The Japanese text on the stamp reads "ポケモンカードゲーム教室" (Pokémon Card Game Classroom), an event organized specifically to teach new players how to play the trading card game. This specific promotional distribution featured a unique, interactive reward structure. Participants were given this Pikachu 001/XY-P card upon completing their first classroom session. If they brought this specific Pikachu card back to a subsequent event and participated a second time, organizers rewarded them with a matching Raichu 002/XY-P promotional card, cleverly mirroring the concept of Pokémon evolution through continued event attendance. Truely a hard piece to get No whitening
